The preliminary round is divided into two stages, and the works can be modified before the deadline of each stage.
Entry Requirements
All participants should be full-time registered students (vocational and undergraduate students only) from foreign higher education institutions and Chinese higher vocational colleges. The competition advisor should be a full-time or part-time teacher from the same college or institution as the team members.
The competition is a team event that each team should be composed of 2 college students with only 1 competition advisor. Each competition advisor can be responsible for two teams at most.
No more than 3 teams from the same school can register for the competition.
Cross-school teams will not be allowed, and participants in a team must be students from the same school. No changes will be allowed for participants and competition advisors after registration.

Registration process
1. The captain of the participating team opens the competition website, registers, and completes his personal information.
2. Register and log in, fill in the name of the participating team, team members and instructors, and complete the registration to form a team.
The competition is divided into two stages: the preliminary stage and final stage. The preliminary stage includes short video making and entrepreneurial plan design, and the final stage is simulated live stream.
Preliminary competition
Short Video Making
Teams will produce a 5 - 8 minute short video of their own choice of products with regional economic characteristics for the ASEAN target market.
Priority is recommended for design and creation in English, which can be added.
Teams that do not use English can use their own language, but they cannot get extra points.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan Design
Base on the participating team takes the economic characteristics of the location, take China or ASEAN countries as the target market, combine the competition goods, teams use Facebook, Tiktok and other platforms to design promotion plans, innovation and entrepreneurship schemes.
Priority is recommended for design and creation in English, which can be added.
Teams that do not use English can use their own language, but they cannot get extra points.
Final competition
Script Writing, Simulated Live Stream, Live Review
Teams need to use the Tiktok simulation competition platform to complete live script writing, simulated live stream and live review according to the product information drawn on site. The duration of the competition is 3 hours.
Priority is recommended to broadcast live in English for extra points.
Teams that do not use English can use their own language, but they cannot get extra points.
